Our technicians are certified through CSIA, and we work to NFPA 211 — the standard covering chimney, fireplace and venting safety. Clearances and construction follow ICC building-code standards, alarm placement follows CPSC alarm-placement guidance, and appliance efficiency follows EPA Burn Wise.
